Everyone is going to die, and we can't stop it. Or so the Dead(1411+ strong) say. Personally, we have two active Knights who have yet to die once since they arrived. One other has only died due to PKing, rather than zombies.
And most of us are currently alive.
So, I think it really applies mostly to the pro-survivors and PKers who are bad at hiding from everyone.
But yeah, search ruined Necrotechs for syringes. It's kind of like heaven. Hospitals, too.
