Well, I have a quite inactive member in the MoB, so I know a little bit about their policies. I was, however, unaware that the policy was changed. I saw no public announcement on it, so I apologize on that one.
And as for the RRF, I never even said anything about them in my post. don't be putting words in my mouth.
