I've spotted members of The Dead in police stations before they've gotten the precious Flak Jackets. With an alternate character (because SFoE is unarmed) I eliminated a level 12 career zombie (11 zombie levels plus body building). The average level of these guys has finally reached 12... that's combat effective. Oh well, they'll probably be ass-gasms and claim that they were PKed. I'll see eventually, but I dropped the guy anyway... then dumped him out the window.
So please take a look in the VSB police stations... It isn't like they've ruined my stay in Malton. Their membership is less than 5% of the Population. But it should be happy hunting to clean them out of the entrypoints.
