I'm a PKer and more recently, a Malton Marshal, so I'm sort of Blane's natural enemy I guess.
As far as my "moral code" goes, I try and heal/help low level characters, and mercilessly kill anyone with freerunning and at least two other useful skills. Since killing is stupid unless you have fun with it, I always try and say something remotely witty, and usually try to put a smile on their face when they log on to find that someone has shotgunned them. Greifing is stupid, though I have been known to cross a few suburbs to kill people who are just jerks.
As for bounty hunting, I joined the MM mostly because of the DEMON, which is really helpful for a lot of things besides hunting PKers. Infact, I don't think I've needed to use it to find someone yet, I simply use the UDTool with a RG list put into it, and run across 5 or 6 black names a day. I really enjoy the challenge of it, since it's alot like PKing, but you have to put the effort into finding specific people to kill. I try to stick to KOS people when I can, and don't kill anyone with a bounty lower than four unless I know them to be PKers who aren't reported yet, or unless they are someone I know and am trying to clear their bounty (revives are supplied). Once again, no point unless you can leave a smile on someone's face, and I don't usually kill the same person more than once unless they kill me and say something witty that I must reply to, or if they are text-rapists.
I do agree that the Rogue's Gallery is very flawed, but it's the best thing that's out there at the moment. And it's more or less perfect if you compare it to the fairly widely accepted PK/Zerg list over at the Rezzen forums.
