Our ploy in Stanbury Village and Ridleybank has succeeded 100%. The RRF might boast that they've taken Went and the Blackmore and are likely to eventually conquer Nichols Mall, but they obviously weren't paying attention to our strategy - even though we told them what it was a month ago. Since we threw down the gauntlet in Ridleybank at the end of April, Malton has gone from 61 Very Dangerous suburbs (plus 6 ghost towns) to 10 (and no ghost towns). We drew the RRF and a fair chunk of the feral horde away from The Dead's rampage in the south, slowing it down so much that the Something Awful goons have lost their momentum. The Dead had about 1,400 members at the end of April, but there are barely more than 800 left. Survivor numbers have climbed from about 30% to more than 60%. Those of us who are currently fighting and dying in Stanbury Village and Ridleybank will soon be revived in a Malton where the zombie threat is a distant memory. Human survival isn't on the line in these war torn suburbs. The survivors here are fighting the zombies here because it amuses us to do so. Besides, it's not like there are many other places where we can fight an organized zombie mob, these days. Well done, my Bastard brethren. Well done, Kilt Store, Cannonball Crew, Phoenix Security Services, Zone Defenders, NMC groups, and all the others who have made the survivor conquest of Malton a reality. As for the zed hordes, I have a single question for you. Where's your Barhah, now, bitches? ;D
