Trouble is I'm currently a zombie and these f*cksticks at the Felix Hospital won't stop shooting at me. I sat several days at Lacey Walk but no revive. If one of you would be good enough to revive me and throw me a bone or two about how to actually play this thing instead of just being another placeholder I would be ever so grateful.

Sounds like you are somewhere in Molebank/Lukinswood. You should be able to get up to Salopia Row in Darvall Heights without too much trouble.
