All righty, I'll say it... in a couple links. You must look at both links...

99% of people out there don't know what the symbol means, and 99.999% read the first link only and believe it's illegal when it's not. So read the second link too (all of it), cause I hate going back and having to shatter someone's belief system after it's set in.
