After the devastation of the Beacham Cinema, one of reality's last strongholds in Malton, Alex was left without a home, and without company yet again. Slipping in and out of pockets of realism as he travels, Alex tries to keep to what he knows and understands. He often finds himself in little pockets of 'irreality' with more than enough Elbow Room to be bothersome, but he exits them as often as he enters and stays safe. Perhaps someday he will brave these ridiculous "Elbow Rooms" and avenge the Japanese man who was murdered for no reason back at Beacham.
