"They could still be downstairs..."
The DJ drops his M-16, and pulls out two axes.
"How about covering me for a while? I'm about to show these zeds years of swordsmanship in action."
The DJ jumps over the makeshift barricade and knocks down 5 zeds in one hit. Those 5 zeds begin a tumble down the stairs, knocking down even more zeds. One lone zed manages to avoid the falling zeds, and lunges up the stairs. The DJ pulls out a knife and throws it, hitting the zed right in the forehead. The DJ continues down the stairs.
