The radio crackles to life and Alex plays with the dials for a few seconds.
"This is PFC, calling for air support. We're gonna need gunships in here ASAP, we have a hostile horde potentially numbering in the hundreds of thousands. We're gonna need lots of gunships. Also, some survivor strongholds in the area have significant anti-air firepower, so prepare raptors or even a spectre to hit ground based installations. I'm also pretty sure I heard some sort of makeshift aircraft going earlier in the day, though whether it's still flying or if it would even pose a threat I cannot tell you. What I can tell you is that one way or the other, these motherfuckers are going to surprise you, so be ready for damn near anything."
Alex gets back on the radio with PFC.
"You sound roughed up... anything I can do to help get you guys out of there? The car still has enough gas to get us way the hell away from here."
