I know nothing of there being a group on the DEM for the Rangers, I have an account myself although I browse the forum and rarely post.
While we've never really been declared official allies with the DEM we certainly hold no enmity against them.
The Rangers are allied with any who seek to aid the survivor cause in Malton after all.
