I decided to start a new thread where we can discuss what I and Wulfgar started earlier in the Elbow Room.
From what I've understood a few of the RP-fanatics amongst us are of the opinion "realism shcmealism" so trying to force everyone to be more realistic in their RPing would be forum fascism.
We could probably create a thread where realism is enforced, but it seems easier to create one section that focuses on realism a bit more, and one where anything goes.
I'm not saying that we need complete realism or anything. I personally like the wacky fun that ensues from time to time, but when things that can't possibly exist in the fictional world of Malton starts showing up, that breaks the illusion somewhat, and that's usually right before I give up on the RP section for a few weeks or months.
However, this thread is not for me to whine in.
