Board Rules and Stuff

I'm slowing working on the part where Axe Hack steals all those current mentioned weapons in the past few posts of the Elbow Room, and blowing up somewhere after trying to make a bolt for the quarantine walls. So be patient. It'll recover. Surely, but slowly.
