Good morning. (It's always morning somewhere...)
I am Mayor Milhouse Carter Cheese, leader of the volunteer fighting force known as The Malton Urban Militia. Restoring order to the streets of our city remains our mission, and we share the vision of those who still believe the city can be safe for humankind once again.
We have now grown to the point that we have something to offer our allies, and we seek cooperative efforts with other pro-survivor groups.
