If we get Raines and Millen up, we'll have captured 10 NT buildings.
Does the number of NT's really matter though if we spread out survivor numbers too thinly to keep them all secure? It could just end up with a bunch of poorly defended NT's that are nothing more than glorified Tootsie Roll Pops (Hard outside, chewy center) that end up getting everyone killed. Not only would you need to spread the survivor numbers between NT's, but also the other necessary supply buildings as well. So in the end, if you try to take EVERY NT back in a suburb that you don't have a firm foothold in, you're really just screwing yourself.
