Hello,
I'm Beau Dece of the Umbrella Corporation,
I am writing to you as the newly appointed Liaison Officer for the said corporation. I just wish to Introduce myself. As your an ally and familiar with the process I wont bore you. I will likely writing up a short evaluation and will report back to an administer or a board of Diplomats informing you of current activities depending on there clearance. Otherwise I will be helping coordinate anything that we can help you with.
One last thing, I will not be on between the 2nd and 7th so contact will be taken up with the board of directors if any urgent assistance is required.
