How does someone even make a video like that? What goes through someone's head as they dance around in, say, a unicorn suit with a pink...thingy? "I never should have quit Disney World..."? lol

Two words, pot and alcohol. My friend once burned a bag of candy when high and drunk. When asked why he said "The labels were running away from me and wouldn't tell me what type of candy they were so I burned them." Add in a little LSD and you have that music video.
