I think he wants to use it more so we can synchronize attacks. Sure, we're either inside the library or we're not - but it will be easier to get in if Wiggly doesn't know when to log on/keep standing back up to get in the way.
At 6 AP per stand (at the most) Wiggly could force a much larger survivor force to AP out just in trying to remove his 3 known accounts. Even then, the amount AP survivors will have to invest in rearming will delay them by several days.
A secure board could prevent him from having the knowledge of our strikes and generally allow us to post more strategic/tactical information than... "we'll be attacking within the week." PMs are too unweildy to use in that regard.
