There is an ominous crackling from Behind Axe, and Sarpek appears, holding a pair of sparking high voltage cables, their bare ends jumping sparks. Above, the Buick engine roars. "I didn't expect to see you here, but I bet you're a little "Shocked" to see me." He generates another shower of sparks, grinning evilly.
