I hiked from oklahoma to cleveland last year. passed through Cincinnati, as a matter of fact. It was a snowy bastard. Truly, though, the people were kind. Maybe not as kind as those in Broomfield and Boulder, earlier on, but kinder than those around Columbus (and they were some really sweet people, I can't say enough about 'em. I mean they really really took care of me). Still, Cleveland was a bitch. I say all that just to say this: that southern Ohio, Cincinnati included, was pretty sweet to me. It was one of the last bits of kind civilization that I saw on my trek.

So, uhm, yeah. Please don't knock it. Maybe you don't like it, but at least it isn't Indianapolis.
