You were doing so well, then you turned into an internet creep...leave the basement part out next time you tell that story!
I have a lot of shop equipment that's been sitting in storage for 3 years now. I haven't had a place to work with it since I was thrown out. Give me a break.
A large basement would be awesome. Plus, it's practically sound proof.
