The Quartly

I'd like to propose a new rule for the Quartly library .

Any zombies that come inside killing librarians or patrons are first revived as a warning,then if they have any any further misbehavior combat revived and asked to leave(dumped). Of course it would require the librarians to keep a number of syringes handy .

I do regret having to propose this rule but in order to help counter the librarys' self-representation as of late as a site of resistance and contestation, and against its mythologies of radically and symbolic revolution and return it to a collaborative project between the various cultural identities, I feel it is necessary.
