I thought of a good way to get recruits.
If you look at the Suburb Map on the wiki, Ridleybank is a Ghost Town. It's completely empty.
Proof of this fact is given in an EMR report 2 days ago, which states, "... crossing Ridleybank now, can see a couple of dozen down there ... mostly just stragglers, no organised groups ... can't see any signs of life ... it's a wasteland down there ... the Blackmore Building has fallen - repeat, the Blackmore Building ..."
Why don't we go in and rebuild Ridleybank? Who knows. Maybe we can turn Ridleybank green.
