Oh, it does F the whole cade heal kill thing. Look, the thing here is, a coordinated attack of a zombie horde will destroy us no matter wtf we do unless we have a bunch of people on the watch every damn minute and can't let the cades go down.
Zombie way to destroy a mall: coordinate attack- insert at least a zombie- this corner with a zombie inside will pretty much will act like the former ruined/ransacked corner- 200 zombies out there enter, let the feast begin
