Here's the status of our southernly branch at Hollomstown:
When I started this area was all dark, devoid of people and extremely heavily barricaded... now we have lights on the library and the surrounding buildings, museum decor on the halls and walls, and the newbies are stopping by as it's open to everyone.
Well, almost everyone. I haven't really tried the no-cades thing yet but sooner or later I guess we'll get to that.

A portable generator has been set up here. It is running. The building has been decorated with a cubist sculpture, a conceptual painting, a fire-damaged painting, an African sculpture and a cracked sculpture.
Somebody has spraypainted Quartly Study Group on vacation onto a wall.
