We just spent a hard few weeks in the trenches of Gulonside. The whole town was a ruin with no local support to speak of with the exception of a few hardy Garnis Border Patrol veterans.
Our objective was to build the place up slowly, bring back the locals and then retake Blesely Mall.
After initial success with our shock and awe tactics in the SW we mamaged to power up an NT and a hospital and clear the revive lines, but the party soon turned sour. The dead were organised and far outnumbered our classy selves. We came to the sad realisation that we were not going to be able to hold this burb but we damn sure were going to make our mark.
With a coordination not seen since the 1000 monkey/shakespear experiments of the '80s we concentrated our efforts on Blesely and in the course of a night brought it back to it's former glory. Even the toilets were left in working order!
But that was all we could manage and the cades were already coming down as we said our goodbyes and drunk drove into the sunset.
