First off, I'd like to apologize to Dr. Killdare for being forced into the role of intermediary - if at any time Buncy wishes to put this issue behind us and rejoin the forums he'll be allowed to, I just can't let him come in here if he's going to be divisive.
Now for a few thoughts on this statement:
1. I haven't made any libelous comments about you, or even your character - I said you'd been PKing me with an alt over an issue with your primary character. Everything beyond that has been an expression of my opinion of that or my opinion of these proceedings.
2. Don't threaten me with bounty hunter retaliation - I've told you many times that I'm not going to kill Buncy or Cypher. In addition, most groups who make a business out of seeking PKers would not be as understanding as you are of your actions.
3. Yes I have an alt (in fact, I have a few - most inactive) and yes he is also a Ranger. That said, they've never cooperated on any goal larger than "help survivors" or "stick it to the RRF". Some may view your use of an alt to pursue a much more specific shared goal, a specific barricade policy, as more egregious an example of that (although few would go so far as to compare it to attacking the same target, etc.) I, for one, don't particularly care on this score or really concern myself as to whether it was your "Buncy" or your "Cypher" that was playing at the time. (If you read the Rangers' policy, it's specifically mentioned that the Rangers are free to have alts in the group - it never stated in Buncy's profile that his alt might kill you if you disagreed with him)
What pissed me off was a man, with whom I was engaged in (what seemed to be) productive negotiation to an acceptable compromise elected to kill both the allies of, team mates of and ultimately the very person he was talking to.
So, in closing, my issue with you has never been over points of policy, has never been whether or not you kept your different "RP" personalities seperate - my issue was that rather than simply talk to me and compromise or convince me that I was wrong, you would rather forfeit the reputation of your team mates, the safety of your home suburb and the chance to be allies rather than enemies.
If you'd like to have a clean slate and to try again, I'm willing to grant it - Scarletwood needs any defenders it can get right now - but don't hide behind technicalities or the "RP" defense, your mistake wasn't these things. It was deciding that having it your own way was more important than the survival of others.
