Firstly let me say it is an honor to work in conjunction with people as dedicated to Malton as you are. Now that that is out of the way let me ask you to spread the word: We (DHPD) are striking a deal with The Dead to create a safe zone for humans in North Blythville. We offer food and shelter, safety and security. Put this in your character description to be left alone by The Dead and have a guaranteed spot in the safe zone.

Those who put it in their character description will be left alone by The Dead to rebuild North Blytheville and roleplay however they want so long as they stay within North Blytheville.
