OK, my suggestion is to have a public memorial first, so that people who don't have access to the private Ranger forum can attend. My suggestion is to have this at Quartly Library, since one of winka's alts was a dedicated librarian. What does everyone think? Please share any ideas on appropriate food/drink/dress code.
