By request of Marcel, I have began setting up a wikipage in dedication of Winka.

I need help, though. If any Rangers have any information about Winka's contributions, please help me fill out the About Winka section.
This is only a basic setup. It'll need a bit of work, of course. Until then, it should be good to go for editing and posting our farewells and stuff there.
