'twas a surprising thing to see in my email and quiet saddening as well. I haven't jumped between two buildings or headshotted a zombie with a beer bottle in over a year-and-a-half, but I've always respected her (and many others as well. God speed you crazy, awesome, scotch-chugging sumbitch.

I like the Blackmore idea for a memorial to winka. We should plan this in the CC. I'm in shock right now and not really up for setting everything up, but maybe tomorrow.

Perhaps something at Blackmore? Retake it in her name?

RIP winka, you will be missed greatly. I'm at loss for words, and I don't have a good idea for an event in her honor, but I will relay this info to all groups I know.

I have terribly sad news about everyone's favorite Malton Ranger, winka, aka 2win. She passed away on October 1 at the age of 78. She was one of the cleverest, most entertaining, and most fun to play with characters in Urban Dead. She and I have been playing together for years and went on many, many missions together. Her other characters made incredible contributions to the game, including with the Quartly Library and Channel 4 News Team. She will be greatly missed by me and every other person who ever met her in this game.
I would like to organize an in-game event in her memory. Please use this thread for suggestions on something appropriate. Please alert her other groups to the existence of this thread.
RIP, winka, you were one of the great ones. I hope you are up there drinking scotch in Valhalla. I will miss you a lot.

go nuts. and it's okay. we expect zombies to attack the library our brains taste awesome. it's when the gore corps shoot up the place we get a tad annoyed.

Incidentally, I wonder if it is even remotely possible to translate Baudelaire into zamgrh. Can you dig that? It might deserve its own thread if the idea got serious.
