So I think we can all agree that the Colossus is languishing in a bit of a dark age right now, it's basically just one group of classy bastards where there used to be 8 or 9. C4NT has been mighty rudderless for some time now, and most of the people who made the NMC great in the first place are long gone. I've dipped in and out of the city a few times over the years, and when I come back it's always a bit further away from the glory days. But I think this can be reversed. We should rebuild the Colossus. There are plenty of classy human groups around the city, but they all march in different directions. Just from some noodling around on the wiki I've found a bunch of smaller mobile survivor groups, not to mention the Fortress and the DEM. I'm going to send some messages out and see what happens for now. And a rewrite is probably needed for the NMC wiki page, but I think there is some potential to get the ball rolling again. Who's with me!  |

Welcome back. Although I am no longer leader of the Rangers, I am still an active member, and we are looking forward to working with the Fortress.

Blaghlaghlagh.
I am hacking internet from a top secret location which is totally not a starbucks in downtown Cincinnati. Nor is it two in the morning while I do this. Nor does my doing this have anything to do with the quarter of a bottle of homemade wine I've downed so far. It only has to do with the fact I've been MIA for over five months AND it's because of twelve hour days, six days a week, while moving and maintaining healthy social relationship. I am also now in a high rise downtown. In case of zombie emergency, please kiss my ass goodbye because I'll be in the shit storm. In other news, I'm now working as a cook in the city's busiest restaurant and making some good headway into a future succesful career. That is all mother FAKers. I said GOOD DAY SIR!

Much like boocatbutterbee, I am also here to assist the Malton Rangers get Ridleybank back to order. I first would like to apologize for not being active in the Malton Rangers for well over a year now (as Galcian), but I had a complete burnout of UD then. It wasn't until late last year/early this year that I've come back to UD, but as my own character Mercinus3. Otherwise, I am here and ready to help you guys out  M3 |

glad you're in the trenches Boo,
we've done a pretty good job of taking the big hit repairs out and are concentrated around the centre for now.
gaskel lane is our rp and it looks like our surprise attacks are not going unnoticed so much anymore.
hit them everywhere as hard as you can seems to be the order of the day.

Y'all who love stuff should totally be up to speed on the Ranger's activities. We seem to be very active and effective indeed. The losing of old players has left only the vets and dedicated new peeps, and we're making some great moves. PM Redwave, or any Ranger, really, to get the password to our Clandestine Corner. That's where you find out where exactly we are and what we're doing.
All Colossus members, particularly leaders: Are you all up to date with our Ranger activity? We'd love the Colossus to come join us where we are right now. It's really damn exciting, especially for maxed out players.

Hey Rangers. I just joined and was told yall were recruiting after passing out some FAK's. I edited my profile, so am I a ranger now? All i do is look for FAK's to pass out for xp at the moment, but after a few levels i'd love to go attacking and drinking with everyone. Yep, you're a Ranger now son! I'll PM you the password to the Clandestine Corner subforum, then you can get wind of our latest mission. We're going to need all the medkits we can get on this one. |
