well, yeah, a wiki about a text based game should be taken very seriously and should be as historically accurate as possible, because, years from now when they make a movie out of the battle of blackmore, we're going to need people going on the wiki to point out all the historical inaccuracies about the movie. That satirical remark has been the best response to the problem so far... |

Honestly, though, its possible to present the facts with a POV, and on that note what facts are distorted or wrong? I clearly remember going out after all night of over watch on blackmore with some other members of the NMC dressed as Nazis and brake dancing on a frozen lake in september. I also remember a time when certain folk werent allowed to drink water from certain fountains, when certain folk werent allowed to eat apples from certain trees, and also when all grown adults didnt get their panties in a bunch over a wiki article.

I made a nice template for this sort of thing... wiki.urbandead.com/index.php/Template:BiasAnyhoo... none of the 'battles' on the UD wiki are NPOV. They are all quite entertaining, but all biased by the hisorians. edit: I don't have the proper image-program to tip the scales further. Anyone ? |
