CORRECTION!
I caded to EHB twice, healing the entire time. They're back down to QSB, still 2 zombies. This doesn't look too good. I have a strong feeling that I'm going to be taking that dirt nap, just in a different way than I originally intended.

Well, they do if they notice you are the one rebuilding the cades when they are down. Or something. From time to time they'll just try killing you because of your group, anyways: "This guy is in a kinda organized group. KILL HIM NOW"

Yeah, that sounds like a ransacking any second now...
EDIT: Never mind my sarcasm, last I saw there were 36 zombies there. Wow, that'd be really sad if we already died...
Luckily I had to be killed twice, due to a medkit glitch ("You have been killed by a zombie." "You restore 10 HP.")
