If you spotted the update to the News Team wiki, I'm looking for some help running things. It's not a very functional group right now, as I'm sure you've noticed, and I've got a bit much on my plate of late. Unfortunately, this seems to have been pushed off and I'd hate to let it die as a result. If anyone is interested in helping out and forming some sort of board of Studio Executives to help me run things, coordinate, and do all that good stuff, I'd be much obliged. I don't want to disappear, and sorry about being gone so long so often, so this is, in some respects, an attempt to undo that. I'm not quite sure how it would run, so if any of you guys have ideas on getting it off the ground or are interested in taking part and getting the real, ultimate power in the News Team... well, when in Rome? What we need are basically just people who are sufficiently visible and involved. Tactical smarts have nothing to do with it.

Well, It's not exactly in my "Persona", Ron, but I'm the most active of the old gaurd it seems... If no one else rises to the occasion, I'll see what I can do.

Hey, if you're interested, I'd be more than happy to have you. The more folks we could get on some sort of official board, the better!

I could render some assistance, particularly where editing the Wiki is involved.

Hey, if you're interested, I'd be more than happy to have you. The more folks we could get on some sort of official board, the better! My most obvious skill is that I know everything there is to know about the movie "Anchorman"

I could boss people around. I also am very tactical, though I hear that's optional.

We've got to get some sort of format, too. A voting system like we've got on the forum, perhaps?

You're done for Burgundy! I knew you couldn't last forever. Now if only I can get rid of Mantooth I will be the #1 news anchor in Malton!
(If you're really running out of quotes I suggest putting "Wake Up Ron Burgundy" on your netflix list. It's a second movie made from the outtakes and cut plot lines of Anchorman and is hilarious in its own right. Champ professing his man love for Ron and the cannibalism scene are especially hilarious)

Zerbrowski here.
I talked with Ron a week or so ago about the formation of a Channel 4 Board of Directors and told him that I would stand to see the legacy of the Channel 4 News Team continue, no matter what. So with that, I throw in my bid to sit with the directing party of Channel 4.
I am not the most vocal of the News Team, but I believe I have the qualifications to help lead Channel 4 into the remainder of 2007 and beyond.
I've been with Channel 4 for a long time indeed. Standing with Ron, I've bled at Stickling. I've fought for Yagoton and our friends in the YRC more than once. Unafraid of the RRF, I followed Channel 4 into the Blackmore Building with a gun in my right and a glass of scotch in the left and became a Bastard. I killed ten zombies with my axe in salute as the testament of multiple groups and Channel 4's Cunning Plan gave birth to a Colossus of Class.
I've fought multiple times for the liberation of Caiger and Ackland, even before the name of Ron Burgundy and the Channel 4 News Team had spread across Malton. I came to the News Team at St. Isidore's as I was seeking refuge like so many at Caiger, a level one Military class, and have devoted all my AP towards the goals of Channel 4 since my first glass of scotch with Ron.
So, having said that, I would honored to continue leading the way with my fellow members of the News Team.
You're a good man, Ron Burgundy. You'd better stick around, no matter what happens. The game won't be the same without you.

despite me possessing almost no wiki-fu, i'll still volunteer to help out if needed. i just passed 16 months playing the game and hence 16 months with the News Team. Every single one of my 164+ kills (probably more, I didn't start counting until 2nd seige of caiger) has been made with the smell of mead on my breath and a prayer to odin from my mouth. Whilst I haven't been very vocal in the metagame, I have been at every Channel 4 News Team fracas since the 2nd seige. So if you guys need more help, I will be glad to assist.
