Knut Staake (Newt Stocky) here, from the Knights Templar. I'm currently the commander of our elite mobile unit.
My unit wanders around Malton having fun at the expense of the zombies and we enjoy hooking up with other groups and working together. NMC sounds like a fun idea, so here I am.

Cheers!! As the information minister, I would appreciate some. 1. Anyway to heal w/o a FAK 2. Best weapon to use in early levels as a scout w/o skills 3. Best places to find weapons/items 4. What skill(s) should I get first? Im currently in Merryweather Way FS. I wanna kill some Zeds, Thanks!!

dtkacz, I suggest you check out the newcomer's guide to Malton: wiki.urbandead.com/index.php/First_Day_in_MaltonAs for answers: 1) Yes, in zombie form with the appropriate skill, you can heal yourself by biting other zombies or survivors. 2) Opinions differ on this. Personally, I suggest the fire axe. 3) Depends on the item and your skills. Malls are good if you have Shopping and Bargain Hunting. Hospitals are best for FAKs. Fuel can be found at auto repair shops. But it's a big topic - check the wiki. 4) I'd suggest Hand to Hand Combat, so you can swing a fire axe without looking like a helpless schoolgirl. Unless you are a helpless schoolgirl.

Hello, My name is Bedlam Betty and I am a recovering brain-addict. I am a representative of Zombies for the Advancement of Living People ( wiki.urbandead.com/index.php/Z.A.L.P.). We are a life-culting group of friendly zombies. I was directed to your boards by SoloDogScout as a point of contact for multiple groups. Nice to meet you!

Hi all, and may the Force be with you! I am Garik Loran of The Wraiths ( wiki.urbandead.com/index.php/The_Wraiths), and was invited here so that my group can work with you. We currently have tactical teams in place in Ketchelbank, Yagoton, Galbraith Hills, Shackleville and Nixbank, as well as a few people who are more mobile and pretty much go wherever they're needed (probably the people who'll be working with NCM the most, though you can probably expect me to put a personal touch on some of our operations with you guys as well). dtkacz: Bottles of beer/wine will heal 1 HP of damage, but will not cure infections. Other than that, what Marcel said is basically correct. However, I'd say that fuel isn't a big priority for you right now, since refueling generators doesn't get you any XP. Keep killing zeds/healing survivors, get revive-capable as soon as you can because reviving gets you XP too, then worry about helping out in other ways once you've got a few levels under your belt. The only non-XP-oriented skills you should go for in the early running are Shopping/Bargain Hunting (which will help you get XP if you search for the right items, since you'll be using those items to kill or heal) and Construction (it's helpful to other survivors, but it's also highly useful to be able to barricade yourself in... this skill will keep you alive longer).

welcome to you both. GArik, you should be getting the password details from redwave shortly so you can see how the new NMC is running.
Arnold, you may want to hook up with the Malton Rangers as they are probably the most pro active group here. If that seems like an idea then pm me or Marcel and we'll get you set up.

I am Beard Face Chuck. I'm a ginger and I'm new to Malton... I also may be an alcoholic...
But anyhoo. As I said, I'm new, so I'm trying to get oriented as to what I'm doing and not get eaten.

Welcome to Malton! Did you come here because you are interested in joining the Rangers or just to get some pointers?
Marcel's post has some pretty solid advice if you are just starting out.

Welcome, Scouteric! I've read your group's Wiki page, and it sounds like The Wulves have a lot in common with my group ( wiki.urbandead.com/index.php/The_Wraiths). Hopefully we'll get the opportunity to work together.

How come nobody replied to this?? I believe we are all knee deep in the same shit at Pole Mall, glad of the help. This is firstmatestarbuck reporting live once again on Pandas. Yes, it's been a long year, but this reporter has to ask...is it better late, than...never? Wondering if you need help @ Pole.....I've awoken from my nap in "East Grayside" rev/meding young fighters to the cause. It's good to be back looking through our BBB fights...When are we getting back into that shit? More at 11...
