As my user name suggest, I am a pastor and I play UD "eek!" Though my daughter just shakes her head and my son wishes he had access to the internet. I am a member of a swell group of chaps and lassies called "10 minutes from hell" (I know the picture just got cloudier) I don't mind messing with peoples stereotypes. (I also am a horrible speller) So, I'll see ya around in the game and outside of the game if you every need some prayer just PM me. Hey! I've got an idea. What about setting up a new topic on this forum where your members could post prayer request and I and others could lift them up in prayer. ...you know a community service thing. Then again maybe somebody could really use it. just an idea love the game! you can do what ever you want ingame, I'm sure if you posted something on the wiki you would reach alot more people. why not pick a church and do revives and prayer services? i bet red rum might even stop by to murder you all. well welcome to the NMC post where ever and as often as you like. enjoy.

Hi, prospective Ranger here. I've been a UDer for a couple years now. Very experienced, but I never really was interested in much of the group stuff. Then I kind of got bored with it and decided that I should to try and make things interesting again. So I looked up the wiki and tried to find a group that best suited the way I wanted to participate and the Rangers look to be that group. UD Name: Jack Syder Profile link: urbandead.com/profile.cgi?id=50902Give me the word and I'll change my group listing. Thanks. I'm at Giddings right now, FYI.

I salute they for your wise decision, and since no one else has, i'll give you the word: pie! Welcome to the Rangers! Check out our board, and since i'm kinda bad at keeping track at where the malls are, i can recommend you going to Barrville, since that's were we are currently cadding and stuff, or if your already there, just stock up, and go to the rally point, check the boards for the details. See you around!

Hey there. This is NoPayneNoGain. I'm a noob currently stuck in Wray Heights, holed up in St Wolfgang's Hospital. My choice of Scout has helped me out when getting around, however getting my xp up is a pain. I've only been on for 3-4 days and have but 64xp. I got a lucky break on my first day with finding a near dead zed in a nearby police station and nabbing my first and only kill with a pool cue. I dumped the body, fixed the place up, and secured the doors. Since then someone was nice enough to barricade the place, so I've been going back and forth between the besiged station and the hospital playing medic untill I can get enough exp to be of some use. Shame I have to play whack a mole with survivors trying to find someone who is hurt or infected to heal. Should I go for firearm proficiency, wait for construction, or save up for diagnosis?

Hey nopaynenogain (ever see Major Payne?), welcome to the forum! Don't worry about getting exp as fast as possible, just have fun. You know, there are many level 41s out there who only look for people to heal. It's definitely a viable and honorable profession.
If you want a quick path to exp, you should probably climb the firearms tree, since you're a scout and those skills are a bit cheaper for military classes. I'm no Urban Dead expert, but that's what I did.
Stay away from construction for a while until you grow strong enough to lift broken refrigerators. But if you, in real life, are able to lift fridges, please let me know. I have lots of stuff I need moving. I'll order pizza and you can have all the Cokes that you want! No bathroom breaks though.

hey nopaynenogain, I started out as a scout when I first started playing. I would actually suggest starting up getting your hand to hand up first then knife or ax. It makes your ap better used because you dont have to constantly search for ammo. after getting those up get diagnosis, and then construction. Of course these are just one guys opinion so it really doesnt matter what you do in the long run. On a side note have you joined a group yet or have you thought of joining one yet.
