Well, here is the definitive PKer list:

-If you have low health (PKer crack)
-If you have a stupid name (certain PKer crack)
-No profile (certain PKer crack)
-Contract (The Mob and RHA crack)
-Used to be member (RHA crack)
-Killing spree (PKer crack)
-Coordinated strike, with most damage (PKer crack)

There is like, quite a few ways people pick their targets, the RHA do it through Contracts, if you have low health, or we just want to kill something.

There is, however it sort of depends on what pker groups you are affiliated with. If you may know someone or not.
