If one of you would be good enough to revive me and throw me a bone or two about how to actually play this thing instead of just being another placeholder I would be ever so grateful. Wouldja? Couldja? I just revived you at Salopia Row. You're going to need to find a hospital (St Lazar's Hospital is close to Caiger - does anyone know its current status?) and get as many FAKs as possible, then use your Diagnosis skill to start healing those who need it. Since you are in the Caiger area, get involved in our Clandestine operations thread. There you can find information about current conditions. You can also tell us where you are and what you are doing - we might be able to help you break down 'cades long enough to get into a hospital, for example, or come to you for healing (which gives you XP), and also help you out with revives and such (post requests in our revive request forum). You've already seen the benefits of Ranger membership - I picked you out of a horde of 52 zombies waiting for revives, just because you are a Malton Ranger. Now get involved and have fun.

Thank you Swann. In fact, I was revived once and killed by someone in the crowd before I could even do anything. You're revive left me just enough AP to get safely inside St. Lazar's where I've passed out, curled up between two stripper survivors, (free lapdances, etc.). Upon awakening I will commence collection of medical swag and render service.

Thank you Swann. In fact, I was revived once and killed by someone in the crowd before I could even do anything. Well, once someone revives you, you turn into a dead body, and thus you are invulnerable until you deliberately stand up. So I'm not sure what happened, but there is no way you can get revived and then killed without being able to do anything. Anyway, congrats on what sounds like a nicer safehouse than the one I'm staying in.

Doktor Mobius asked me in a private message how I was able to pick him out of a crowd of 52 zombies. I thought I would post the answer I gave him here, for the benefit of other new users who have recently joined the Rangers:
"When you joined the Rangers, I added you to my contact list, using the information Lord Wulfgar posted in the forum. (I assigned the color green to you, which I use for all Rangers...now the name of every Ranger in a room with me appears in green) When someone is in your contact list, they will show up even if they are a zombie. So when I came to Salopia Row, I saw 52 zombies, and one of them was Doktor Mobius, in bold green. I hit you with the needle and that was it.
Most of us have a link to our UD profile in our forum signature - you can use that link as well as the Active Rangers Roster (in the Clandestine Forum) to build your contact list. I recommend putting all active Rangers on there, using whatever color you prefer. Makes life easier. "

it's destiny Mags, or extremely slack behaviour. If I was going to join a group I'd either go for the best one around or the one that was camped on my doorstep - Galcian, I saute your wisdom!
Also, if you are happy to join up, could you put Malton Rangers in your group name.

I was just healing someone in the SE quadrant at the time and one of those people was the Malton Rangers.
