If you guys haven't noticed, the city is a mess. I have no pretensions of completely swinging the game, but we need more places where survivors can be safe...we have, at best, a tiny sliver of the far south...this is no way to live. In the past, we've coordinated massive building hopping campaigns that have retaken whole suburb groups. There's no reason we can't do that now. what we need is 1) An objective, a suburb to rebuild from the ground up 2) A staging area, a suburb to meet in and get revived 3) Several cases of strongbow, or some other robust cider 4) Everyone we can personally, my vote is for havercroft, or somewhere in the northwest, but that's because I like that cardinal direction...never really been sure why. I'll get in touch with some other groups and see what I can do... *ninja edit by admin Wulfgar below*After rolling though Havercroft and Barrville the NMC Snowball from frozen hell is heading into Stanbury Village and the Central Malton area if any would like to join us.

I wholeheartedly support this idea, I'd love to see the entire NMC roll together again.
I suggest we start in southeast Malton, we've been into the NW frequently in the past and I feel we're more needed down south this time around.
The usually thriving area has fallen into ruin.
As for a suburb to meet up in I suggest Penny Heights as a possibility. The area is still contested but the Rangers have been assisting the local survivors and the suburb is coming along. If we whip it down completely under control it would be an excellent launching point into the rest of the southeast.
That's my two cents.

combining the idea of rolling and winter, I had been thinking about a giant survivor filled snowball, rolling steadily from suburb to suburb, gathering size and strength as it goes. We'd need some big faces, powerfull groups and bad ass hair styles to pull it off, but if not us? then who?!
Of course the only flaw in my snowball is the odd yellow patch and of course the pulling of resourses out of a town once we move on, but so what, divided we fall anyway, lets get a massive horde on the go and make everywhere green, at least for a day or two. Jesus's birthday could be our finale, at some random and unassuming building, perhaps Beaver Towers in Havercroft, cause the taps never run dry!

Conquering all of Malton?
I'm in. ;D
And ending it in Beaver towers would be sweet, even though we're gonna have to hurry if we are to reach it before Jesus' Birthday.

So.
Are we going to try and make anything of this?
If so the NMC group leaders should get together for some discussing.

Hardly an impossible venture.
Two key elements: Communication and Cooperation. The greatest obstacle: Pride.
If we are prepared to accept the fact that no matter how strong our own group may be, no matter how numerous and active our membership, then we have the frame of mind required to succeed - anything less will fail. This attitude must begin at each group's leadership level, and continue down the ranks.
Remember: The top 4 groups numerically are Zombie organizations, and combined, they number around 500. Until we form alliances in comparable numbers, we cannot compete.
...and a whole lotta ammo & syringes always comes in handy too.

the important point right now is where exactly are we going to meet up.
I have no preferences personally it but must be decided fast.

Just to let you know, some people are already working on this, but it'd be nice to have backup. I have no vested interest in the southeast, but I have an alt doing large repairs in the Tolleyton area, or doing them when she's alive... spending a lot of time in revive lines...

Well, our efforts in Barrville aren't going much of anywhere right now, so I'll see if we can't join up in this shindig.
We're not too big, but we've got around thirty members to throw onto this "snowball".

I love it when a plan comes together!
If it's started then say where and the news team will be on it. If it's still a damn questionmark then I say Padre picks the spot, he is, after all, the smartest among us and at least in the to 10 for looks.
Failing that, then lay down your egos and follow me!

Oh, so just when Art has finally used all the zillions of syringes and faks he had saved up, you decide to start something like this. Thanks a lot, PR! ;P
No seriously though, I'm in. Tell me where to go! Er... as soon as I get revived, that is...

Well, we've already got a bit of an effort on the roll in scarletwood, and that's not so very far away from what's left of the living part of the city.
I say blesly mall in gulsonside, or havercroft, our old standby. Either way, I say we start tomorrow!
EDIT: Just got some intel from Havercroft, the mall there has about 20 dead boys, and the Rolls Cinema nearby is fairly safe...there's also a few hospitals we can use as a jumping off point, though I can't speak for necrotech services.

Actually we have something in mind, especially or the more northern groups as far as current location and we are looking for any and all to join up. Here is the page for what I have in mind, the short version is this will be a survivor Big Bash to take back the NE. I believe we are at a point where we must act swiftly and decisively or face utter destruction, if Malton goes completely red this time I think with the building rot mechanics it may stay red and dead. This engagement is open to any and all interested groups, if there are any groups who refuse to join just because someone else is involved that they don't like I think they need to re-evaluate their priorities. Right now the threat facing this city is far greater than any one group can handle, we must all stand together as one and push this back or fall alone. The plan is to rally in Shearbank since it is secure and has a mall for supplies then move out one suburb at a time, taking each one back by force with massed survivors, clearing out revive points, and moving on, all the while posting up target and recon info on the wiki so independent survivors can follow in our wake and help out. If any NMC groups wish to join this endeavour please sign on the wiki page and send someone to our forum to coordinate this whole mess. We need all the people we can get to take back this city, and we must act quickly and boldly. We plan to move next week once our people pulling back from the front are revived and loaded up. If this goes well enough entirely possible to extend the operation once the NE is secure giving us both a secure position to work from and push back the enemy elsewhere.

How about the NMC begin in Havercroft for the next few days then see how the Shearbank shindig is shaping up. If you have it running then we come up and join forces and let the snowball fight begin. If you dont get much uptake then you come and join us.
Either way we move from burb to burb, killing the dead and spreading the word, a giant rolling snowball that will gather no turds!
But I do think we need to just keep moving, telling everbody we meet and gathering strength as we go.
Lets do it, to Havercroft!

Sounds good, we'll be rallying there and are likely to move east first and cut a swath to the border, we'll be posting up our current location and info on the current target on the wiki.
I wonder how much the MoB is going to appreciate me wholesale filching how they do their wiki coordination. If it works I'm using it, should be able to do something.
Good luck in Havercroft, keep up on the page and have someone over at our place to keep tabs on the current situation. I'll be over here for the same thing.
