How many groups of the NMC are still active and able to battle?
The rangers seem in a fair position, about 12th largest survivor and holding a fair market share of members.
Is the C4NT a battle ready group? or just a name for old times sakes?
Is the QSG still working with the NMC, or just residing in the Quartly library?
Is ghetto cow finished?
Are the angels still available for group operations?
I realise ive missed alot of urbandead and have no idea how updates and politics have changed things but a status check is always useful. Numbers, effectiveness, what size target can we actually take down?

As for the C4NT, we are currently listed with 21 members, but if we were to go to battle, I think only a handful would come at best.
As for battle ready? We are always ready for battle, but I don't think we'll have a great impact on the outcome.

As you said the Rangers are in fair shape these days.
As for the rest of the NMC, we'll it's seen better days sadly.

You've got a good half dozen battle-hardened lads and lassies at TNR ready to fight, we're just getting our act back together again and preparing for GLORIOUS BATTLE at Dowdney mall.

Well, reckon some sort of group operation might be in order? i dont mean some new epic blackmore siege, but perhaps we could help blanem at dowdney?
Sure, its going to have to be ranger led but add 15/20 experienced NMCer affiliates and we have a decent fighting force on your hands. Any ideas where to go?

The Beavers, BAR and both Umbrella groups are gathering at Dowdney, with the Mad Craskers showing up (apparently) and maybe a detachment of the ACC if we can get them. If you come, prepare to dig in hard. The mall tour aint half as big as BB2, but they still number in the region of 120 or so zeds. Add to this the ferals and other groups who show up once we start putting up some resistance, we could be looking at best 150 zeds, and worst 200. TNR will be trying to keep Dewes and St. Boniface up, because we need our needles and the mall search rate for FAKs is appalling. So yeah, should be fun

If the Rangers don't join the party, I'll send my alt that way. Probably roll with you TNR folks. Malls are too crowded for my tastes.

Lets see what wulfgar thinks, he might still want to fight on in havercroft.
Is dowdney the definite next target? wiki says stickling at the moment, and running around between malls if we get the wrong one is a wanker.

They're forming up a few steps ahead of the Tour so that they can make a strong presence and build up defenses and numbers before the arrival instead of just popping in mid-seige.

They being survivors not zombies?
Obviously shoring up defences pre-siege is best, but sometimes you can end up defending the wrong mall... which sucks.

Yes, they being survivors.
Since the goal of the mall tour is to ruin every mall, shoring up defenses in any mall they haven't hit yet guarantees they're coming your way. Dowdney is a pretty good option because it's far enough down the line that they won't hit it while the troops are still marshalling, but close enough that the occupants won't get bored and drift away, which can often happen when prepping for an oncoming seige.
