Eh, if you want my honest opinion, Dick now does just about as good of a job as Grippy did. He's just a bit more arrogant and not as good of a diplomat.
Just preserve the "Look what I found" thread alive, it's the link yo the old rangers board.

DHG is better with the troops than grippy (hence the huge number of rangers) but less so with the planning and diplomacy
and im nowhere near as good at planning and diplomacy as grippy was either but ive got to try or at least stop this bastard headache

Well, the rangers are becoming alot more diplomatic in their leadership, so having one fixed diplomat doesnt really matter anymore. It's numbers that count. For that, he does a great job.
One thing I think we could do without is the constant charging off to different places. Pick a place, stick with it till the work is done, then charge off. But that's just what I see happening.

You know what I think would really make a difference? If the entire NMC came down on our largest enemy with a nomadic attack effort, just dogging the hell out of them, killing, killing, and re-killing until they flee, and then following them and killing some more. It would boost harman morale and possibly devastate the RRF. Or rejuvenate it, you never can tell with these things. I'll put up a thread with the plan in clandestine once I have it better thought out.

moving the NMC as a whole is a bit difficult so we tend to scavenge about half each group to go to a battle which makes decent enough numbers
and the rangers should at be nomadic, mostly as suburbs get boring if you stay in them for too long

yeah. My attention span is shot but I'm working on it. The problem with eastonwood is they literally zerg and cheat to no end. We Can't win unless we sink to their level, and I don't want to sink to that level.
