Who's up for some revenge here? I hear you're all stickling from Blackmore and all which makes sense. But don't despair it was a battle well fought and no one could ask anymore from anyone. I've been talking within the CDF High Command though and they're up for an invasion of Ridley, quick.
We're going to work some groups together ourselves slashing and burning zombies down to hell while barricading all their buildings to admittance only!
We're still in the planning stages but I wanted to hit you guys before you moved on to other things. We might be able to retake Blackmore by the 5th if we get enough support behind this.
What do ye say!

just how numerous is the CDF? if you think you 'd have the numbers (with us included) to take on upwards of 400 zombies, then speaking for myself, I'd say lets go for it...let us know when the plan is more developed

hell im behind the CDF, we'd just be twiddling our thumbs for a week or two losing alot of people
lets all ask ron (i say that as someone has to have ultimate responsibilty so it might aswell be him)

looked around a bit. Over at Maria General hospital the cades were down to shut doors I took them up to VSB moved off and waiting to see what happens. no worries I am still close , just lookbehind you and I may be there.

Why is the RRF parlaying this as a success? We kept you guys at bay for 2 months. It was Shacknews who broke into Blackmore. The RRF claiming victory at Blackmore is like saying the Italians conquered Poland in 1939. I guess because they're having so much trouble coming up with their own successes they have to take credit what's done by other hordes.

We should get Shacknews to discredit the RRF and give themselves credit for taking Blackmore. Maybe we could start a zombie civil war >.>

I think what we need at this point is for one of the leader (Ron burgundy, Padre romero, or some other high-ranking official) to say what to do and call the shots. that way we have one source of information and no confusing messages about "i think we should do this" or "i heard we're going here." leaders say what! ---------- edit: and i think the retaking of ridleybank is a great idea. just have to see what the BBB and NMC leaders say.  |

Regardless, here is what I will do...
Akland cannot stand the coming storm. We will not stand immobile, the time has long passed for haughty heroism...we disperse. Choose a building surrounding ackland, and hold it as you would your newborn child...we will ride out the storm divided, and once the mall has fallen, once the storm has passed, we will sweep in, as invetably as the tide, and retake what is ours.
Ron Burgundy agrees, this course of action is for the best.
Remember, these are newcomers...it is our duty to remind them that some in Malton still draw breath!
Now is not the time to wait for the other shoe to drop...now is the time to sock it to them!
Move out, and may god protect you!

My (still tentative) plan right now, the zombies having made their move and your ideas included, is this:
1) Fight for it in Ackland
2) Tell everyone that we're going to Nichols, Roftwood, and Tollyton and then Ridleybank
3) Fix Nichols
4) Fix Roftwood
5) Fix Tollyton
6) Blackmore

In a dispersal sort of way I found myself at Beaver Towers, where else! Ackland looks bad, shot up a couple of zeds but too many actives to make a difference on my own. I also threw in a couple of taunts but their more dangerous than shooting, I need to learn to type faster. I'll keep an eye on the place and do what I can...maybe head back to nichols in a couple of days.
Beave towers is at EHB and has a couple of peeps inside if any of you need some respite.

Quick survey of several buildings NE of Ackland found:
2 EHB
1 Heavily
2 QSB
So, not the end of the world quite yet. The desperate screams on the radio waves from those who decided to stay and fight for Ackland Mall are less than encouraging, though...

i dont think we can hold ackland, we have had no time to plan properly and are still in a bit of dissarray after such a hasty retreat of blackmore.
but then again, shacknews doesnt have much of a presence in havercroft yet, so if we gun down as many zombies as possible inside the mall, outside the mall and in all the surrounding streets this will deter the ferals and waste alot of the zombies AP
also what is the NT situation in havercroft? we need syringes as well as bullets

the closest is the stagg building.... 7 or so ap east, i think the rangers should form a strike team and secure it
