Alright folks, there's about to be a lot of bad shit going down in Scarletwood. RRF has announced that they are heading towards us. We're going to be dispersing throughout the area.
There are also whispers of other zombie groups heading this way. Please advise on what your strategy is going to be going forward, and we can work to try and keep this burb in one piece.
We would highly appreciate if you would assist our squads in the barricading and defense of the PD and the Telusphorus Hospital. We will be determining secondary HQ's shortly.
We currently have 2 active squads of 20 aware, confirmed and ready for action. We are working to mobilize the other 100 members.

You've got 2 options, and both depend on how co-ordinated you are and how strong you are in numbers:
1) Pile into a NT building with every available survivor. In other words, Dam tactics. For this to succeed, I have worked out that Survivors have to outman the zeds at least 3:1 ( Take a look at the recent battles for The Morrish NT and the Latrobe NT, where the ratios were 1:1 and 2:1). Even then, you may need even more.
2) River tactics. Its simple enough, you cut your losses and get out of dodge. let the zeds tear up the place, then when they move on, you move back in and start clearing the place up.

oh Blane...you forgot the best option there is
3) Already have about 300 syringes prepaired in advance for just this sort of occasion; sequester your revivers in a non-NT building while the main force holds the NT building, spraypainter derogatory RRF graffiti on all the buildings in the area, and make wild love to each other when they get frusterated and pull out.
Torrefaction, if you want to follow our lead, get your squadrons to ready about 20 syringes apiece, this way, when the necrotech's fall (and they will, assuming the rest of the colossus doesn't come down to help), we can keep reviving one another. I'll spread the word to garniss, and we'll hold them off before they even get here.

i'm all about stopping the rff. (with my NMC alts) but i want to know how you came about this little tid bit of info? i just scanned their public threads and there is no mention of a scarletwood attack? forum spying and alt abuse is against the sprint of the game. they fight fair and so should we.
we really need to set up member groups so we can do this sort of planing behind locked doors.
passwords suck and I always forget most of them.

I think he gathered it from a comment Moloch made on the forum.
The RRF hasn't said they're going there yet, but they are rather nearby at the moment.
And that's info you can gather from the public forum.

Actually, I gathered the information from Moloch telling me. wiki.urbandead.com/index.php/Talk:Evil_AvatarAs far as strategy:We're working our best to stockpile revive syringes, but a very large contingent of our group is relatively new, so our levels are a bit of an issue. We're basically going to need to use our AP's and numbers to work for us. Our plans are going to be a little different because of this. Initially, we'll work on holding one of the hospitals, the NT building, and the PD. While doing this, we're hoping to keep large strike forces in unimportant buildings. I know in the past offensives against zombies haven't worked well, but I'm actually hoping our numbers and organization can help change that. We're going to see how it plays out (We don't have many options, due to low number of folks with revive and cade skills) Worst case, we start dying and have to run like hell. We'll let you know if it comes to that.
