If anything, this should prove as an example as to why Forts are still death-traps.
The creedy-ites will be running for the hills as soon as they find out that Perryn fell to a force of around 150-200 zeds. Thats not even the full bash for christs sake!
Damn, we're gonna need a lot of guys up in farmer to hold out a zed force like this.

I don't even think it was that many... But the fort fell because most of the players in the Fort didn't even bother to be in the gatehouse, from what I've heard the main part of them were in the armory of all places. And you don't need a lot guys, just a lot of dedication

Damn, we're gonna need a lot of guys up in farmer to hold out a zed force like this. True enough, though a single building is much easier to defend and rally to; and is less likely to have a big ol' box o' dummies in it (depending, I reckon). I've never spent much time around the Forts, but of course am aware of their reputations. I really hadn't had cause to consider it, but I can't tell you how many times in the last two days someone has run into Colglough telling us how many zeds were outside and how many of them they killed. Outside. I guess it's true.

Pah. If anything Creedy will hold out due to their stubbornness alone. I've got one radio tuned to their channel and for the past two weeks they've been forced to endure endless doomsaying propaganda. And, like all good semi-trenchers, the Creedyites will do anything to prove the other guy wrong. When the Bash hits Creedy it's gonna be a hell of a battle, and I'm doing my best to ensure I have a man there.
I'd send one over to fight at Perryn, but all my guys are either in the far north or the far west, so no can do. This makes me weep.

If Creedy falls, it will be because there will be far too many Chosen Ones standing atop the barricades shouting at the zombies before leaping outside to kill them. It's a fact, without active barricaders the fort will fall. The NMC has always been a coalition of dedicated barricaders first, trenchcoaters fourth, and we got hammered.

Eh, I'm not going to jump on the "Poo Poo Fort Perryn" train. We were all rushing down here to get into a fight, and we didn't do a good enough job of organizing the defenses. I think a lot of the numbers in the Fort were unregular players, which is why the gatehouse fell so quickly and the Fort itself didn't seem to fight hard.
Plus, the Bash organized into coordinated strike teams this go around. When you have over 50 zeds pushing at one time, its near impossible to stop, regardless of who you are and how organized you are.
Bash will be pushing on Colglough now hard. I'm trying to get Hurst back online as a fall-back point, but knowing the Bash, they'll be smart enough to start salting there very soon.

Don't you think you should just cut your losses and get out of dodge rexy?
PKer activity in Pitneybank is shocking: TNR are engaged in battle with IRATE. God help us if the PKers decide to hit us while BB2 does. Jeezzzzzus.

Good job, News Team! Far from our most Glorious moment, but we fought them to the last! Rexy is right, when there are 50 coordinated zombies, there's not much we can do.
Now the big question is, where do we go next?

Don't you think you should just cut your losses and get out of dodge rexy? What's the fun in that? I still have plenty of "Not Cho" Cheesy Brain Dip left. If I can deny 10 more zombies my Dip, then the trip is all more sweeter. I'm really hoping Keith Moon comes in for a repeat try at my Dip. Bash doesn't move very fast. We'll be revived, restocked and get to where ever we can fight next.

I was revived and PKed in a minuite. Geih... I saw that! What a bunch of suck. I hate Combat Reviving! Haha, Keith Moon of MotA just came in again, and didn't get a chance to kill me, again. He's gotta be frustrated.

I took a few bites of you again Rexy, Creeping Crud of the Undeadites finished you though. Keith will get his chance to finish you off eventually. I made sure to give everyone I recognized in there a bite though, except Nickolay of the c4nt, I missed 3 times and ran out of AP, so I'll have to get him next time. Anyways, thanks for the fight, and as always with you folks it was classy. I'm sure we'll see each other at the next major location (or perhaps in between). I do ask a favor of each of you. Between the time you guys stand up and the time you seek and recieve the needle, take a moment to look around and embrace the Barhah, if only for a few minutes. It can be truly refreshing to embrace the horde, if even for a short time. Barhah is unity, Barhah is the horde. I know you will mot reject the needle completely, but enjoy the Barhah for a little while... I would love it if some of you would embrace the Barhah for even longer, you can always enjoy it for a few of the minor suburbs, when it's time for a big fight you'll be able to get revives easily enough. Join us! B!G BAZH! BARHAH! B!G BAZH!
