Not very likely, most people dont exercise enough, and those who do tend to exercise wrong... Just fry some bacon, and trough it on the pasta with some ketchup? That's what I usually do, though I'm trying to cut down on my bacon-consumation, 3 times a week is a bit much...

I work out alot, I play tennis and badminton, and I run occasionally. I could be in wayy better shape, but I'm healthy as is, I figure.

I only do parkour a few times a week, though it's very effective for both strenght, balance, endurance, agility and even concentration. We're even thinking about combining it with methode naturale, though it might take a while...

parkour and free runing is not the same, but if your not training any of it it's kinda hard to know the diffrence. Parkour is about moving forward efficently, Free Runing is about looking good while you do it. That's the crude description... I've only sprained my ankle so far, wasn't so bad, couldn't walk on that foot for a few days. But I know several people who have had serious injuries, fractures and the likes, so I've been lucky. I didn't really understand if you Free Run or anything though... Do you?

It's fun, I'll tell you that. Although it kind of needs a urbanish environment to partake in it, thats my reason why I can't. Is sad.

Well, you dont need to have one, it's much easier to start in one though, since there's more people who train Parkour and Free Runing in the city.

Well...Where I live it's pretty much one giant plain like area, with a building and a tree here and there. Kind of hard to think of it as free running or Parkour when it feels more like track team.

I'm sort of in the same situation, since I live really far away from town. There's ALOT of high fences and things of the like in the city though.
And Ian, I'm no expert, but there's a difference between free running and getting plastered and jumping off high things, I think. ;D
