Orel is some hardcore religious kid, he has a retarded brother. His mom and dad fight behind their backs and they are not very religious. Orel thinks everything is alright but everyone in the town is fucked up one way or the other. Orel does a lot of stuff that crazy (get a "prince albert", revive some corspe, etc).
