Trust me, there are some things that are way more dangerous that isn't in the Cook book. I've got into a pretty crappy situation due to some "tests" I did. I love chemistry.  I have no doubt that the Cookbook is just the tip of the iceberg. But I'm not all that good at chemistry, really. Two years of high school chemistry taught me that. I really like the idea of science, but I don't have the patience for the planning and repetition the actual practice of it usually requires. |

It's quite fun, I've taught myself a lot of college level chemistry, and some more advanced topics.
