Rhyming is a verbal conceit. It isn't the spelling of a word that forms a rhyme. When the suffix -ed is added to certain words, the d assumes the sound of a t. So dosed can rhyme with post, unless you're old english and pronounce it as dose-ed.

I don't know what dialect you're speaking, but every person I've heard say the rare word dosed, has said it with the -ed ending, and not the t. Call it a draw and find a better game?
