Ok, guys, Nichols Mall is going to be toast this time tomorrow. There are 40 zombies in a ransacked corner and a whole lot more outside. The place has a good 250 survivors inside it, about 5 of which were in the corner that got taken down, last I checked (before Shacknews came to town). We need to tell all the guys in Nichols to fall back to Blackmore immediately so we get more defenders instead of more revivees- people in low key buildings should probably do the same.
Looks like we're going to be subsisting on revives for a while! Axes should be enough to keep the zombies out, but we could probably use a hospital for FAKs and perhaps we should start looking toward Tynte in Pimbank.
Now here are the makings of a Glorious Battle! >: D

Me and Smithy were discussing other nearby malls in the IRC chat earlier. We figure that for things we absolutely need we can probably hoof it to Tynte in small parties and such. We can't all go at once though so as to not weaken the strength too much. The Bash is a suburb away as Sir Fred mentioned and as I pointed out in the other topic I made. Things are going to get a bit cramped. Luckily, I also toted a crate of noseplugs from Nichols on my FAK run. Get em before the zombies get inside boys!

Wait wait wait wait.... I just stepped outside and I count... 10. There are 10 zombies outside Nichols Mall and 50 inside. We can hold the place no problem- we've just got to get rid of those 40 and repopulate the corner- there are nearly 200 survivors in the opper left.
Ok, we can undo this- don't fall back and if you've got the AP, tell the people they're up against 50 zombies, nearly all of which are inside and it's not nearly as bad as it looks.

Most of Nichols is made up of pkers and gkers at the moment, from what it seems. The zeds are cooperating with them. I'm hoping to gather a few survivors at the Auto repair next to the NW corner for an attempted retaking. I just wish I had more than 24 pistols rounds.

I feel like the watchman that walks on the castle walls shouting "All's well." Barricades at the Blackmore Building are currently EHB, and it looks like most of the folks inside are not badly wounded. But while I wasn't logged in, I see there has been no shortage of violence. Also, losing Nichol's would be a bit of a blow. I'm out of FAKs and beginning a daily circuit of revives at Margery.

This may seem a little dratsic.....but perhaps we could pull EVERYONE back to Blackmore and call on fire axes. That way we could remain together and be more likely able to hold out until the 5th of Nov.

We absolutely should tell the people in Nichols that if they're falling back, they should do it to Blackmore. We could use the help and they'll be in the area so we can retake the place once Shacknews moves on.
Of course, with just the slightest bit of coordination, they could hold Nichols. It's a damn shame. I've got an alt in the area and the corner that had 180 survivors in it a few hours ago is down to 97. If those 80 people who ran away had each unloaded one piston into the nearest zombie, they would have killed 3/4 of them.

Nichols should hold as long as no one panics.

Nichols should hold as long as no one panics. But thats just the problem, I was just there and from the looks of it they are panicing. Its sad, they could retake that corner easy if they tried.

Blackmore had a breach, 18 zeds inside at present, cades back up to EHB. Make that 16 zeds (good work, guys!).

Well we're down to 13 zombies. The cades were falling too but I helped throw em up to Very Heavily barricaded. Now we just gotta get rid of these dang zombies.

We're in trouble.
Survivor numbers in The Blackmore Building are 30 down from normal, and in Nichols Mall there's more than 100 (!) survivors that have gone missing (and I'm not talking about those who were killed in the attack last night).
If we all pull out of our strongholds that quickly, we can't expect to win this battle.
After all, Odin does not reward cowardice, right?
